Why work at VNA?

Ask many of our staff at VNA of Southern Worcester County how long they have been with our agency, and you will hear most reply 10 to 20 years. There is a reason for their loyalty and tenure.

“Our agency is like one big family, helping each other to provide quality home health care to families and friends in our community.”

Our nurses and aides work in close-knit teams and make an effort to get to know patients and their families, forming long-term relationships, which makes the job more rewarding.

Direct care opportunities include skilled professionals (i.e. registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and medical social workers), case managers, certified home health aides, certified nursing assistants/personal care attendants, homemakers and companions.  We offer supervisory positions in these areas as well and there are non-clinical opportunities for schedulers, office staff and hospital discharge planners.
